editorial, design, and marketing services company serving authors, ministries,
nonprofits, businesses, and organizations throughout the United States and internationally.
Founded by book publishing professionals and international writers, Andy and Cathy Sanders,
with decades of hands-on industry experience, Harbor Light Content Group helps authors and
organizations develop professional, publication-ready books and content without requiring them
to navigate the publishing process alone. Our clients include first-time authors, experienced
writers, speakers, consultants, ministries, nonprofits, businesses, and publishing organizations
seeking professional support in manuscript development, editing, interior book design, cover
design, and marketing strategy.
Harbor Light Content Group is not a high-volume production service, automated content
provider, or mass-market publishing operation. We do not publish books under our imprint,
place our logo on client projects, or require authors to use a specific book publishing, printing, or
distribution platform. Instead, we work directly for our clients, helping them develop professional
book files and publishing assets that can be used with the publisher, distributor, printer, or
platform of their choice.
Every project is approached individually, with careful attention to quality, structure, presentation,
and long-term goals. Our focus is simple: helping authors and organizations create professional
work that serves readers well and stands the test of time.
Our founders have more than forty years of combined publishing experience, contributing to over 500 professionally developed books.
Together, they co-founded 5-Fold Media, helped build Lifeword Publishing, and have consulted with publishers across the country. Their combined experience forms the foundation of Harbor Light Content Group, blending creative execution with strategic structure.
That experience spans independent and traditional publishing, design, layout, editorial coordination, project management, author development, and international marketing. This expertise allows us to guide authors through complex decisions with clarity and confidence. Our work is built on real trade standards, proven processes, and professional data, not hype or misguided book sales theory.

Cathy has been in worship leading and has been a recording artist for several years. She is the founder of Fishin’ Girl Nation.
